What's Covered, and For How Long
Coverage runs from your original date of purchase, and replacement parts may be new or remanufactured at the manufacturer's discretion.
Free Service
Your Rainbow unit and the accessories it ships with are covered for four years free service from the day you bring it home.
Motor & Electronic Controller
The two components doing the heaviest lifting — the vacuum motor and the electronic controller — carry an extended ten-year warranty.
The Fine Print
A few things worth knowing before you file a claim:
- Replacement parts may be new or remanufactured, at the manufacturer's discretion.
- Normal wear from everyday use isn't covered — this warranty protects against defects, not wear and tear.
- On top of these terms, Rexair still honors the implied warranties every consumer is entitled to under law.
Coverage Only Applies to Authorized Purchases
This warranty only covers Rainbow systems purchased through an Authorized Rainbow Dealer via an in-home demonstration. A unit bought secondhand, through an unauthorized reseller, or from an online marketplace isn't eligible — there's no way to verify how it was handled before it reached you.
